CharityProof is operated by Crocker Digital Ltd (Company No. 17008789). We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.

What data we collect

• Email address — collected when you sign up to the waitlist.
• Analytics data — we use GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not collect personal data and does not use cookies. It records page views, referrer URLs, browser type, and screen size — no IP addresses or personal identifiers.

Why we collect it

• Waitlist emails — to notify you when CharityProof launches and to share early-bird pricing. We send one email at launch. No spam, no marketing sequences.
• Analytics — to understand which pages are useful, how visitors find the site, and to improve content. No personal data is involved.

How we store it

Waitlist email addresses are stored in a secure database hosted by Netlify. Data is retained until product launch or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with any third parties. GoatCounter is privacy-focused and collects no personal data.
